GWS tall Adam Tomlinson is likely to leave the Giants at season’s end, with several rival clubs circling, according to Fox Footy.

Tomlinson has managed just two senior games so far this season, despite dominating in the reserves, including a 44 possession game in the NEAFL against the Suns reserves last weekend.

The Giants reportedly rejected an offer of pick No.11 from Carlton last season for Tomlinson, however, with Jon Patton and Rory Lobb preferred to Tomlinson in the current forward line set-up, GWS could change its stance at the end of the year.

The league’s newest franchise also have several key position prospects in their academy who will be available in November’s draft.

Tomlinson has played 55 games with the Giants since being selected with pick No. 9 in the 2011 National Draft.

  1. if he goes he will end up goin 2 carlton because he almost ended up at carlton but if any other clubs r interested i hope collingwood r interested in him because they need another big tall forward

    • You realise the blues are a side higher on the ladder with a coach not in trouble and a president who hasn’t recently publicly talked about giving up, oh and still hold their first round draft pick for next year. So yea. All that with the above score line. Nice call mate. But you keep trying.

    • Carl baldock you are an idiot 1 you make a stupid call saying carlton will not have success when they have a 4 game win streak and a young side that will get better with age and experience but you then say collingwood will be successful and then blame injuries mate your stupid club is a basket case and has got a bucket load of talent but cant string anything toghether wow flogged essendon and brisbane must be good

      Wake up flog

    • Ross they have that because they have had Injuries to the youth and their older players are right up there age wise. It’s a rebuilt it’s either very young or very old at this point as they transition very few prime players. That is certainly to be expected in a rebuilding phase especially this early in. And Carl I’m not embarrassed by them now. I’m very proud. With the players out and the kids getting tired I expect the next few weeks to be rough but they have already achieved everything and more any blues fan should of asked of them this season. I’m prouder or my side then a few of my mates who support the pies are of theirs. Now you may blow us off the part in 6 weeks. But so you bloody should. You were crowing about top four chances at the start of the year and the blues are in a very public long road rebuiled. We expect to be near the bottom and we still have the picks next year to build again. Not sure the pies can say the same mate.

    • Lmfao….typical collingwood flog ….done nothing in the last 60 years…SFA…zero…zilch….bahaha….the delusion is strong in this one….or maybe just requires rehab….

    • Collingwood are sliding their way down the ladder every year until they reach the spoon. You know there’s a problem when Eddie wants to leave the club.

    • Why would he go to the Colliewobbles if he wants success, the greatest chokers In the AFL. Have won only 33 per cent of there grand finals played in Carlton have defeated them in 5 of the 6 grand finals they have played.
