The Match Review Panel has laid down the law to Bryce Gibbs.

Carlton midfielder Bryce Gibbs has been offered a two match suspension for his slam tackle on Robbie Gray, that forced the Port star to be taken from the field in a neck brace. Gibbs has been charged with rough conduct by the MRP, with the contact being deemed as careless and head high, resulting in a three week ban. However, Gibbs can accept a two game ban with an early guilty plea.

Josh Gibson has been fined $1,000 for striking Charlie Cameron, during Hawthorn's win over Adelaide on Thursday night.

Ben Stratton has also been fined $1,000 from the same game, after striking Adelaide's Eddie Betts.

Andrew Swallow can accept a $1,000 fine for tripping Greater Western Sydney's Josh Kelly, while Matthew Stokes has been fined $1,500 for making careless contact with an umpire.

All other matters were cleared.
