Fremantle star Nat Fyfe has been offered a $1,000 fine for tripping Bulldog defender Koby Stevens, meaning he is still eligible for the Brownlow medal.

In all, three charges were handed down by the Match Review Panel from round seven, with two other players also receiving fines.

GWS midfielder Devon Smith was handed a $1,000 fine for engaging in rough conduct with Carlton’s Bryce Gibbs.

North Melbourne’s Jarrad Waite was lucky to escape suspension, receiving a $1,000 fine for also engaging in rough conduct on Essendon’s Zac Merrett on Friday night.

All other matters were cleared.
