The Western Bulldogs are leading the race to sign Gold Coast's Jack Martin, according to Triple M's Tom Browne.

The 24-year old is being heavily pursued by a number of Victorian clubs, who recently flew down to Melbourne to reportedly meet with the Bulldogs and Carlton after requesting a trade last week.

And Browne believes the Bulldogs have presented Martin with the most attractive offer.

“Jack Martin met with the Bulldogs yesterday with Luke Beveridge, I think in the inner city… they’re leading that race,” Browne told Triple M's The Hot Breakfast.

“They’ve got the most attractive offer compared to Carlton.”

Martin has appeared in 97 games for the Suns after making his AFL debut in 2014.

He averaged 18.1 disposals in 16 contests this season.
