Fremantle is likely to inquire about out of contract Sydney speedster Lewis Jetta.

Jetta, who is yet to decide on his future, was born in Bunbury and was recruited from Swan Districts in Western Australia.

Fremantle recruiting manager Brad Lloyd told the AFL website that the Dockers "rate him (Jetta) very highly," and are “interested to see what the reasons are” for Jetta not yet signing a new deal with the Swans.

"You look at West Australian players and potentially they may want to move home to family and friends, it would be no different to Adelaide clubs and those types.

“So we’ll look at West Australians, but we’ll also look at the rest of the market as well ... The West Australians, geographically, are more of a chance to move home.”
