Crowley was banned for 12 months by the AFL Anti-Doping Tribunal on Thursday for breaching the anti-doping code.
However, his ban was backdated to September 25 last year after he accepted a voluntary suspension.
Fremantle CEO Steve Rosich said the club will assess whether Crowley will be on the list in 2016 at the end of this year, as is normal practice with every player.
“We stated in the press release we’ll sit down in due course at the end of the season and review as part of our normal list management protocol the status of Ryan post this season,” Rosich said.
