The 19-year-old has signed a new two-year deal that ties him to the club until the of the 2017 season.
Lang was Geelong’s first pick in the 2013 National Draft and has this year managed to earn a regular spot in the Cats’ midfield, playing all but one game this season.
“I’m over the moon,” Lang told CatsTV.
“It’s something that you want to be, a one-club player, so I’m very happy to have signed on for two more years.”
