The silly season has arrived and it's now over to list managers and recruiters to help shape their clubs 2021.

There's a lot of water to go under the bridge in the upcoming free agency and trade period, but we already have Essendon seemingly holding on for dear life as some of their biggest names look for a new home.

We have Geelong, who are now looking to bring in 2019 Coleman Medalist Jeremy Cameron, as well as being linked to seemingly every player whose name has been raised.

We take a look at how all 18 clubs stand as we enter the player exchange period.

Brisbane Lions

Who do they want?

Joe Daniher is their big fish this off-season after nominating the Lions as his preferred destination. Their forward line looks one piece away from completion. The restricted free agent recently met with Chris Fagan to discuss his future. Nakia Cockatoo's name has been mentioned for a while now, with the injury-prone Cat is seeking a fresh start.

Who's on the move?

As to be expected not many are racing out of the doors at Brisbane. Their culture has been widely revered for a since the arrival of Fagan. Cedric Cox has requested a trade back home to Western Australia for family reasons.

What we think will happen

The Daniher deal looms as one of the biggest of the exchange period. He is a restricted free agent this year so the Bombers don't have the power they had last year to demand a high price at the trade table. They may match the Lions offer but Daniher is going to be at Brisbane next year. Cockatoo will likely come in the door for little cost.
