West Coast has de-listed three players following the Grand Final loss to Hawthorn.
Dylan Main and rookie-listed pair Rowen Powell and Will Maginness have all been de-listed.
"This is the toughest part of the year, telling young men that their football dreams will not be fulfilled at the West Coast Eagles," West Coast football manager Craig Vozzo said.
"Dylan, Rowen and Will are all quality young men and we sincerely hope they get opportunities elsewhere."
None of the players had played a senior AFL match for the Eagles.
