The luckless Western Bulldogs have been dealt further blows ahead of their Friday night blockbuster in Geelong, with defenders Matt Suckling and Matthew Boyd added to a lengthy injury list.

While Luke Beveridge’s side as expected regain Jake Stringer and Luke Dahlhaus from shoulder and knee issues respectively, the Dogs have made five forced changes to the side that lost to St Kilda last Saturday night at Etihad Stadium. Suckling and Boyd – both of whom are sidelined with Achilles problems – join Mitch Wallis (broken leg), Jack Redpath (knee) and Dale Morris (hamstring) on the outer for the clash with the Cats at Simonds Stadium.

Redpath and Wallis will not be seen again this season after both required surgery. Jed Adcock, former Cat Joel Hamling and Zaine Cordy join stars Stringer and Dahlhaus as inclusions.
