Crows confident Crouch will re-sign

Adelaide is confident out-of-contract midfielder Brad Crouch is ”here to stay”.

The 22-year-old Victorian has returned to form in recent weeks after being dropped to the SANFL earlier in the season.

Crouch has been the subject of trade speculation, with several clubs likely to be interested in his services.

After last week retaining key forward Josh Jenkins on a five-year deal, Adelaide’s head of football David Noble said discussions with Crouch were ongoing.

“We know where Brad is at, we’re in constant dialogue and we’re comfortable where things are at this point in time,” Noble told reporters on Wednesday.

“It’s really difficult to put a timeframe on it and we don’t comment publicly on putting timeframes on those things. As I said, we’re comfortable and we believe he’s here to stay.”
