Adelaide is not concerned by the drawing out of contract negotiations with star midfielders Rory Sloane and Patrick Dangerfield, club CEO Andrew Fagan says.

The pair fall out of contract at season’s end, with Dangerfield set to become the hottest free agent in the game if he fails to re-sign at West Lakes.

St Kilda confirmed its interest in Sloane last week, only for the 25-year-old to describe the connection with the Saints as a “media beat-up”.

Richard Douglas is another high-profile Crow yet to re-sign, although he insists his new deal will become public midway through the season.
