Out of contract Great Western Sydney star Dylan Shiel looks set to shun rival offers to re-commit to the Giants before the end of the season.

Shiel, 23, told AFL.com.au he is loving his time in Sydney and does not expect to playing his football anywhere else in the future.

“I’m pretty happy here,” Shiel said.

“I can honestly say I’m loving my time here at the Giants, obviously we’re coming off a fantastic year and I’m not looking to entertain any offers from elsewhere.

“I’ve told my manager and I’ve spoken to family and friends about it; I’m pretty happy in Sydney so I don’t think it’s going to be an issue.”

Shiel finished sixth in the Giants’ best and fairest last season and averaged a carrer high 27.8 disposals per game in 2016.
