Collingwood pair Taylor Adams and Travis Varcoe have both been ruled out the Pies’ clash with Carlton on the weekend.

Adams missed last week’s loss to West Coast due to a knee injury and has been unable to recover for this week’s match, while Varcoe will miss another week with a hamstring injury.

Adam has enjoyed a career best start to season 2016, averaging 27.6 per game.

Scott Pendlebury and Steele Sidebottom are also in doubt after missing training on Thursday morning.
