GWS coach Leon Cameron has signed a two-year contract extension, which will see him coach the emerging Giants until at least the end of 2018.
The contract will see Cameron extend his tenure as senior coach to five years, as he enters his third season at the helm in 2016.
Cameron is excited about his team’s prospects heading into the new season, declaring the club is “building something special”.
“I’m really looking forward to 2016 — we want to play finals footy, but we’ve got to earn the right to do that and hopefully our pre-season allows us to stand up to the 22 weeks and beyond that are coming our way this year,” he said.
