North Melbourne will confirm Rhyce Shaw as the club’s next coach in a press conference at 12.30pm on Thursday.

Shaw will reportedly sign a three-year deal according to the Herald Sun, with the club to reward Shaw for his form as caretaker coach.

Shaw has won four games in his eight-game stint as interim coach, and has turned the Roos into a tougher club on the field.

The former Sydney assistant was twice voted the AFLCA assistant of the year while at the Swans, before joining North Melbourne at the end of last season.
