The Suns’ coach said that the decision was made in the interests of the player and the club.
“We’re worried about the head space he’s in and his welfare,” Eade said.
“From the club point of view we don’t think it’s appropriate that he plays this weekend.”
“He was keen to train. I think he’s masking it a bit at the minute, he seems okay but we’ll need to talk to him about this.”
