The AFL has announced the schedule for Week 2 of the Finals.

Richmond and St Kilda will kick off the blockbuster weekend of semi-final action at Metricon Stadium on Friday night.

The Tigers have not lost at Metricon Stadium since 2014 and have won by an average of 36 points at the ground this year.

St Kilda won two of their three games on the Gold Coast this season and enjoyed a 26-point win over the Tigers in Round 4.

The winner will play Port Adelaide in the preliminary final at Adelaide Oval.

Geelong will look to bounce back from their loss to Port Adelaide when they take on Collingwood at the Gabba next Saturday night.

Since 2012, the Cats have won 4 of 16 finals, a figure that has fueled the pressure on coach Chris Scott.

Collingwood enters the game with all the momentum after a thrilling one-point win over West Coast at Optus Stadium.

The Magpies have won their last two games against the Cats, including the 2019 qualifying final.

The winner will face Brisbane at the Gabba in the preliminary final.
