There's a new leader in the AFL Coaches Association votes after Round 5, with Gold Coast forward Tom Lynch taking the lead, after receiving six votes for his four-goal haul against North Melbourne on the weekend.

Meanwhile, Paul Puopolo, Todd Goldstein, Ted Richards, Koby Stevens and Toby Greene all received 10 votes from the coaches.
