Emerging Crows midfielder Rory Atkins has signed a two-year contract extension with Adelaide.

Atkins has played 17 career games with the Crows since being selected with pick N0.81 in the 2012 National Draft, including all nine games so far this season.

“Adelaide gave me an opportunity four years ago and I’m rapt to have a chance to repay the club,” Atkins told the club’s website.

“I’ve learned so much in my time here already, and believe this is the best environment for me to continue to grow both as a player and a person.
