Nine clubs will return to the training track today to commence pre-season training today.

Carlton was the first of all 18 sides to hit the track, resuming training last Monday on October 31.

Brisbane, Collingwood, Essendon, Fremantle, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Port Adelaide, Richmond and St Kilda, who all missed the finals in 2016, have begun preparations for season 2017 today, while the remaining clubs will return either next week or the following week.
