Port Adelaide and Richmond are set to miss several key players in Round 7.

Ruckman Matthew Lobbe, who was dropped for the Power's win over Richmond, injured his knee in the SANFL on the weekend and could miss the rest of the season.

Port assistant coach Chad Cornes described the injury as "fairly serious," but the club will know more once he undergoes scans later in the week.

Port were also without stars Chad Wingard (concussion) and Robbie Gray (hamstring) on the weekend.

Meanwhile, Richmond will be without captain Trent Cotchin and midfielder Kane Lambert for the Tigers' match against Hawthorn on Friday at the MCG.

Cotchin suffered a fractured cheekbone on Saturday night against Port, while Lambert will miss up to six weeks due to a punctured lung.
