Port Adelaide has secured the services of small forward Jake Neade until the end of the 2018 season.

Neade has penned a two-year contract extension with the club after enjoying a solid run of form season with the Power.

“It’s a very proud moment for me,” the 22-year-old said.

“I’m really looking forward to attacking the second half of this year and it’s great to know my future is here too.”

He has kicked 12 goals this season, averaged 12.2 disposals per game and 4.7 score involvements.

Neade has played every game so far this season, for a total of 47, since making his debut in 2013.
