Want to sign Jaeger O'Meara for next season? Then you better be prepared to pay premium price.

That's the message for the young gun's management, according the Herald Sun.

The out of contract midfielder is yet to decide where h will play his football in 2017, with his signature one of the most sought after in the league.

He shot to stardom in his debut season in 2013, when he won the rising star award, playing 22 matches and averaging 21.6 disposals per game. He followed up with another 22 matches in 2014, before a knee injury ruled him out of the entire 2015 campaign.

He is also yet to play a game this season, but looks likely to return via the NEAFL this weekend.
