GWS defender Tim Mohr has been ruled out for up to six weeks due to a hamstring injury.

Mohr, who was playing in just his second AFL match since returning from a knee reconstruction, suffered the injury during the opening quarter of the Giants' win over the Western Bulldogs on Sunday.

Meanwhile, GWS teammate Nick Hayes and Matthew Buntine are both in doubt for this week's clash after suffering concussions last weekend. Both will be assessed later in the weekend.

However, in better news, co-captain Phil Davis is set to return from a hamstring injury.
