Jobe Watson gives biggest indication yet he will return to footy in 2017

Essendon’s Jobe Watson has given the biggest indication yet he will return to the Bombers in 2017, hitting the training track peak condition.

Watson trained at St Bernard’s College on Friday with a small group of suspended Essendon teammates, as reported by the Herald Sun.

The majority of the suspended players returned to the club earlier this week, however, Watson has to wait an extra week as he played the 2014 international rules series.

The 2012 Brownlow Medalist looked in brilliant physical condition.
