Henderson off to the Cats

It now seems a certainty that former Carlton player Lachie Henderson will be at Geelong next year.

The Footy Show revealed on Thursday night that Henderson underwent a medical at Geelong earlier this week.

Henderson last week told Carlton that he wanted a trade at season's end, with the Blues then telling him to leave the club immediately.

Speculation has been rife all season that Geelong intend to sign Lachie Henderson during the trade period.

The Cats are likely to have to give up a first round draft pick for the former Blue.
