Both Sydney and the Western Bulldogs have been given the all clear by the Match Review Panel following Saturday's Grand Final.

No charges were laid, however, the panel did review an incident involving Bulldogs skipper Easton Wood and Sydney midfielder Dan Hannebery.

Wood slid in to collect a loose ball, with Hannebery's leg getting caught underneath Wood, resulting in Hannebery being forced from the field with a knee injury.

The MRP said that the two players arrived at the contest to win the ball simultaneously, and that while Wood opted to go in low and ultimately take out Hannebery's legs, the action was not deemed to be a reportable offence under the definition of rough conduct.
