Brisbane list manager Peter Schwab has confirmed on Monday morning on AFL Trade Radio that Geelong's Josh Walker and Jarrad Jansen will be at the Lions next season.
In exchange, Geelong will receive Brisbane's third round pick in the 2016 National Draft.
Walker has kicked 35 goals in 33 games with the Cats, while Jansen is yet to play a senior game with Geelong.
Schwab also confirmed that the Lions have all but ruled out signing Richmond's David Astbury.
