Hawthorn and St Kilda have completed a trade of draft picks.

The Hawks have received picks 10 and 68 from the Saints, while St Kilda has received Hawthorn's 2017 first-round pick, and picks 23 and 36 this year.

The deal gives the strongest indication yet that Jaeger O'Meara will land at the Hawks, with the club likely to use the No.10 pick as part of a deal to secure the 22-year-old.

“Pick 10 is a fantastic acquisition for the club and we are pleased to be able to reach a deal with St Kilda today," Hawthorn Recruiting and List Manager Graham Wright said.

“We would like to thank them for their cooperation and professional approach in getting this deal finalised.”
