Collinwood vice-captain Nathan Brown is reportedly attracting interested from a number of rival clubs, according to the Herald Sun.

Brown, who is a restricted free agent at season's end, was dropped to the VFL after Round 6 and has failed to earn a senior recall since.

The 27-year-old is reportedly being chased by at least two rival clubs.

Brown, who is a premiership player and has played 120 games for the Pies, will face tough competition for a spot in the back line next year from the likes of Jack Frost, Ben Reid and Lachlan Keefe.

Nathan's brother Mitch, is also out of contract at season's end and has fallen behind youngster Tom Barrass in the pecking order in the Eagles' defence, prompting speculation he could be tempted to return home to Victoria at the end of the year.
