Essendon's Dustin Fletcher has played his last game for the Bombers, with Channel Seven's Mark Stevens revealing that he will not play a farewell game against Collingwood this week.
Fletcher has been unable to overcome a niggling injury and will bow out of the game on 400 career matches.
