Promising Adelaide defender Rory Laird will miss up to three weeks with a fractured toe.

Laird injured his toe during the Crows' win over Fremantle on Saturday and spent the majority of the final term on the bench.

“Rory came off in the last quarter of Saturday’s game and scans have revealed a fracture in his toe,” Crows General Manager of High Performance Brett Burton said.

“It’s unfortunate for both Rory and the Club and we expect him to miss 2 - 3 weeks as he recovers.”
